Policies

I want you to receive a pleasant and memorable service. I stand behind the services and I always offer a complimentary adjustment or redo on all color and cutting services, if notified within 10 days. Customer satisfaction is my main priority so don’t hesitate to call with any concerns. I do not give cash refunds on services, however every effort will be made to redo a service to your satisfaction. I require a credit card to book services for a group, multiple services (over $200.00), or a bridal party. A 3 day notice is required to change or delete services, which allows me to rebook the time for other patrons. Cancellations without a 3 day notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Regular appointments must accompany a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Clients with frequent no shows may be required to provide a credit card to book future appointments. Children must be attended at all times. Children are not allowed in the salon area unless they are receiving a service.
